Meditation is a discipline in which the mind is released from thoughts in order to connect to a higher self awareness.

The practice helps to reach a higher state of consciousness, mental quiescence and physical relaxation.  It helps develop mindfullness, concentration, tranquility and insight. With repeated meditation and a balanced body state, the body is able to release stress, physical tension and pain from the body and bring forth health and healing. Through meditation, we can develop emotional intelligence to better cope with emotional stress that is stored in the body and direct our thoughts for the positive of the present moment to help us fully embody our lives and our inner truth.


Based on ancient healing techniques and yogic science from India, Kundalini yoga helps you unlock energy, strengthen your body, still your mind and set your spirit free. With various postures, you will awaken and warm up your body through spirit stirring movements and breathing exercises. The breath is our source of life.  It is the first thing that we do that marks our official entry into this world and brings us vitality.  The breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows us to access, release and revitalize energy centers where we we have been holding on to excess energy or have been depleted.   In this way it helps to release stress, energy patterns, negative thoughts and emotions, and even physical pain. The breathwork in this class is paired with movements in the body that encourage the natural flow of energy in our bodies for optimal vitality and conscious awakening.  It is with a clear energy body that we are able to set and grow intentions for our lives for a pure manifestation of our true life path.


Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a dose of inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment. Guided meditations walk you through a meditation and help you achieve a calm and peaceful state of mind—one step at a time.


Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental processes to a state of profound stillness and insight. In Yoga Nidra, one leaves the Waking state, goes beyond the Dreaming state, and enters into Dreamless Sleep while remaining awake. While Yoga Nidra is a state that is very relaxing, Yoga Nidra is not the same as deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is used by Yogis to purify the Samskaras, the deep impressions that are the driving force behind Karma.


The crystal bowls emit a powerful, pure resonance.  By simply listening to the rich, pure, vibrant tone of a bowl, most sound recipients find them deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, even stirring of deep emotions and states of well being. The vibration of sound can also clear energies that are blocked in the body. By utilizing awareness techniques, a practitioner can guide the recipient into states of clarity, balancing of chakra centers, and much more. They can be used to transport the recipient into deep meditative states, even shamanic journeys into other dimensional states, or, realms of wisdom and understanding.

When an organ or body part is healthy, it creates a natural resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. When the vibration of a part of the body is out of harmony, we have dis-ease. With dis-ease, a different sound pattern is established in the affected part of the body. When sound is projected into the dis-eased area, correct harmonic patterns are restored.
